Sri Sudarsan Swamy Mangalagiri was invited to deliver the keynote address.

In his address, he expressed that this is a crucial decade for Indian industry and emphasized that digital transformation is no longer a choice, but a necessity for survival and sustainable growth.

He explained in simple terms that markets today are mostly digital. If a business is not visible online, it may lose customers. Buying, selling, payments, compliance, and supply chains are increasingly happening through digital platforms.

He shared examples of how tools like AI, ERP systems, and IoT are helping MSMEs reduce costs, improve efficiency, avoid machine breakdowns, and reach national and international markets—without depending only on exhibitions or sending marketing teams everywhere.

He cautioned that businesses that delay adopting technology may lose competitiveness and growth opportunities.

He further highlighted that Dx-EDGE provides proper guidance and step-by-step support to help MSMEs adopt digital tools in a planned and practical manner.

He urged MSMEs to move beyond survival mode, adopt technology confidently, and make Visakhapatnam a digitally strong industrial hub.
