Membership fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
Cancellation requests received at least 7 days before the event may be eligible for partial or full refund subject to management approval.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-15 working days through the original payment method.
