CYBER SECURITY AWARENESS SESSION CONDUCTED BY VIZAGAPATAM CHAMBER IN COLLABORATION WITH AP CHAMBER

The Vizagapatam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), in collaboration with the Andhra Pradesh Chamber of Commerce, successfully organized an insightful session on Cyber Security, aimed at raising awareness and preparedness among professionals and businesses.

The event featured expert speakers Mr. Ayub Shaik, Founder & CEO of Huntmetrics Pvt. Ltd., and Mr. Khuntwal Kamlesh, Vice President – Financial Lines at TATA AIG.

Mr. Ayub Shaik provided an in-depth understanding of the various cyber threats organizations and individuals face in today’s digital landscape. He elaborated on preventive strategies using multi-layered software defences and clearly illustrated how fraudsters operate to steal data.

Mr. Kamlesh Khuntwal addressed the importance of cyber insurance policies, focusing on how different types of data losses—such as first-party and third-party—can be covered and mitigated through tailored policy frameworks.

The session was highly interactive, with enthusiastic participation from the audience, who engaged actively with the speakers and took away valuable insights applicable in their daily professional activities.

Mr. P. Rajesh, Secretary of VCCI, delivered the keynote address and expressed gratitude to Mr. Patrudu, CEO of White Mount Finserve Pvt. Ltd., for his initiative and efforts in making the session a reality.

The event witnessed participation from around fifty attendees, all of whom appreciated VCCI’s initiative in organizing such a timely and relevant session.
